What Viky can check
A gift pays on what a source says in public about what somebody did. Here is everything Viky reads, everything it is trying, and what nobody can read at all. When you offer a gift, only what is open is shown to you.

What has no public page
People ask for these. No source lets anybody check them, and the wall is not on our side.
A Cambridge, IELTS or TOEFL result
No public page exists. The result goes to institutions. Checking one means an account an organisation applies for, opened with numbers the candidate hands over, and nothing about one person that anybody else can open. Read on 19 Sep 2026 on Cambridge English's, IELTS's and ETS's own pages.
Being built: a Cambridge English result and an IELTS band the person shows from their own account, with the two words SHOWN BY THEM on it; the TOEFL score is open, under School & studies.
Being enrolled at a university
No public page exists. Enrolment lives in the university's own student portal, which opens for the student and for nobody else. Nothing Viky could read without the student signing in says who is enrolled.
Being built: enrolment in China, shown by the person from their own CHSI report, with the two words SHOWN BY THEM on it; staying enrolled at a university is open, under School & studies.
A state diploma
No public page exists. In France the holder draws an attestation from the state's own service, and a check needs the control key printed on it. Nothing anybody can open, and what a program could read would be that attestation rather than the diploma. Read on 19 Sep 2026 on diplome.gouv.fr.
Not being built.
What each state means
- Open
- Anybody can offer this today.
- Waiting for the source's answer
- Built or planned, and closed until the source has answered in writing whether a program may read their pages.
- No public page exists
- No public page shows it. The person can show it from their own account, and Viky is building that.
- On request
- Built, and opened within two days of a first gift: the gift is the request. Anybody can offer it today.
What each of these proves, and what it does not, is written out on the same page as our own limits: For judges.
